Altar Guild

Chairperson:  Marilyn Davis

This group prepares the altar for worship, which includes preparing communion, making sure that the paraments are cleaned and pressed, and placing the colors at the altar and the pulpit.  They are always open to newcomers.

Scripture Readers

Coordinator:  Russ Shields

Many people enjoy contributing to the worship service by reading the appointed Scripture passages for each Sunday.  Scripture lessons are available in advance to allow for time to practice.  Please contact Russ Shields if you are interested in contributing your reading skills to Sunday morning worship.

Technology Team

Coordinator:  Scott Patrow

The Technology Team operates the video projection system and the soundboard during the worship services.  The projection system is controlled by a laptop computer, Easy Worship software, and a willing Tech Team Member.  Guided training sessions will get you up and running the system in very little time.  This is a great way to serve the Lord in a "behind the scenes" manner.  See Scott Patrow if you are interested in being a part of the Technology Team.

Greeters

Coordinator:  Jim Eckert

Each Sunday morning a different member or family acts as a greeter to welcome worshipers at the main door to the sanctuary.  Greeters for the month are featured in the monthly newsletter, Redeeming the Times.  This is a great way to get to know our Brothers and Sisters in Christ. 

Ushers

Coordinator:  Jim Eckert

Ushers are available on Sunday mornings to pass out bulletins, collect the offering, count the members in attendance, and clean up the sanctuary following worship.  They are also available to set up extra chairs for special worship services, assist worshipers with special needs, or assist the pastor for any special tasks or emergencies that might arise.  Please contact Jim Eckert if you are willing to contribute to the worship service by serving as an usher.
